For anyone who is interested: Ms. American Elegance's TN and KY state prelim will be June 9th in Paducah, Ky. Entry fee is $75 + $30 application fee. Winners get their FULL entry fee paid to nationals. Pay at the door as long as you are preregistered w/app fee. Teens/Ms./Ms. Woman divisions. Email americanelegance@yahoo.com if interested.
