I presume that when I saw Frank taking Kelly into the Notell Motel 69 last week, he was simply telling her in no uncertain terms that's she's not as cute as she thinks she is. And before that rude apprentice janitor jumps in here with some smart-alecky remark, I was there to bring a new set of tithing envelopes to Juanita, the filipo housekeeper.
