Sorry I didn't answer you earlier. Yes the flooding is all around us. Literally. It's been raining and storming all day every day lately, so I haven't even been downstairs to check email. Yesterday and today though there's been no rain and we're in the 70s, supposedly the rain's gone! Noah's fine, btw, he's already gained two pounds and grown an inch and a half... at 3 weeks old!! Anyway, I've started a new job, it's at night working with handicapped children. Well, that's not true, the case I'm working with is a down syndrome child. And she's the sweetest thing! I meet with her for about 10 hours a week, and it's in the evenings so it doesn't interfere with my staying on my fat butt at home during the day. In the summer I'm doing respice, which is taking another girl with down syndrome home with me for the weekends. It's two weekends a month. But this goes toward a CNA, LPN, or RN.
