they don't race and weave in and out of cars (at least not at sonic).. it is a bunch of people who own bikes, and a bunch of people who like bikes.. hanging out admiring all the bikes, then SOME of the people will ride up and down the street in front of sonic and do wheelies and stopies and other stuff.. but there are usually no other (or maybe one or two) cars around...
what you are referring to is reckless driving out on the highways and stuff.. that is stupid.
besides.. you don't buy a 'street bike' to go 40 miles an hour, you get one to have fun, hopefully you(whoever) does it in a safe way.
