Subject: struggling small business

 i own a emissions testing station that has been open for about 10 months.i am trying to figure out why the business is not gaining every month like i think it should be.i have several friends who own other stations and every month by word of mouth or drive by their business continues to grow.i'm frustated and discouraged at this point. i need some advice
