Hi Huy Dang,

It's hard to give specific advice without more details.

It depends on how much/what kind of service you'll be providing. Will you be doing sales calls? Will you create ads/commercials for your clients? Will you do the media buys?

You may need-
1) Somebody to write sales copy &/or sales presentations.
2)Person who knows the pro's & cons of various media & can identify correct demographic groups for products/services.
3)People willing to make phone calls/in-person sales calls. a)able to engage prospects (start & maintain relationships) b)People with the drive & charisma to get others to buy.
4) Sales/Marketing Manager.
5) Somebody skilled in telemarketing.
6)Person good at teaching/training others.
