Hopefully somebody who knows more about this will contribute more. You may need to team up with an importer/exporter who knows about the laws involved. If you want to handle it yourself, you should get guidance from a lawyer. You may be able to get some preliminary information from the United States Customs Department. There may be a trade association you can join. Trade association members help each other with advice & active help. They may be able to refer you to organizations, consultants & government agencies that can help you. Dennis S.
