 Hi everyone,
I've just met the term "Total Product" this afternoon. My Prof. explained us that:
"Material product" (MP) includes its function + beauty
"Extensive Product" (EP) = MP + included services
"Total Product" (TP) = EP + useful for psychology

So, can anyone explain me further about Total Product please? Please tell me some examples about that kidn of product too.
Any posting would be apprenciated.
