Hi qing,

I figured it may be better to put links to useful articles here, instead of filling the forum with tips that've been published by others. I hope this doesn't seem too impersonal & I hope it helps you.

>4. the best way to contact company?
1)Find out who the decision-makers are
2)Determine what you may need to do to get (seize) their attention - Sending a written special report &/or CD/tape with valuable information with very little or no sales copy.
Show concern for them first before trying to get their money.
3)Find out what will suprise or shock the decision-makers
You may be able to find information like this on web sites &/or in trade journals - Examples- "Government Agency Releases Report Showing Why ___" "Software Vendors Fail Or Thrive Because 5 Critical Reasons"
They shouldn't be overly dramatic ("Read This Or You Will Fail") or overdone (The word "Secrets" has been over-used in my opinion.).
It's best to find somebody who is already known & trusted by the top people in the prospective companies. Then find out what you can do to help (barter) or pay (in percentage of profits) those people who can introduce you to the people you need to reach.

If you need me to clarify any of these tips, please ask the questions you need me to answer.
