I agree, he is no hollywood's definition of sexy, yet there is something about him. I have seen him in two movies that I think he is just awesome in. I would really love to see him do other romantic movies (of course im an incurable romantic). I first saw him recently in an older movie "A Tousand Pieces of Gold" then fortunately, my next encounter was "Lone Star" now im hungry for more. My response to your question, "what makes him appealing?" Well for me, its that shyness in his way he interacts with his love interest. Watching him express his feeling of love makes me more than swoon. I am dying to see more of him in a romantic situation. The man definately knows how to express himself in that area. Ooops I'm rambling.
