There is an article on this website called "Protection"; it's under Kundalini articles. It lists several prayers of protection to obtain help and to guard against negative forces and psychic attack. I believe it would help you greatly to begin reciting these prayers on a daily basis. The Light is stronger than the dark and there are Forces of Light who will help you in your time of need - the protection prayers will bring you aid. God bless you.
