I wait till there's a slight break in the traffic and dart out, a car clips my tail, and a yelp escapes my mouth, but its nothing I couldn't handle so I continued. The heat rolling in my face, causing my eyes to water. "DUST! ZOE! STORM!" I cry, trying not to enhale too deeply. I break into a run. I near Dust. "WHATS KEEPING US SO LONG...CAN'T YOU FIND SOME ONE?" ...I hear the crackling grow behind me. I feel the flames like my back leg, I whimper and scoot closer to Dust. "WE CAN'T STAY HERE MUCH LONGER DUST! OR NONE OF US WILL GET OUT! TARO'S HURT...HE NEEDS US TO, HE GOT HIT BY A CA-" I stop mid sentence to cough. "BY A CAR!" Dusts silence frightens me. My eyes grow wide, trying to look farther out and see what I might be missing....
