Subject: I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving....

Hello all! I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

I've been away for about a week or so. I missed coming here and reading all the posts. I've read them now, and I am so upset that I also missed George on David Letterman. Damn! He's so amazing, I can't stand missing any of his appearances. Perhaps he'll be on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" soon.

Well, I want to thank you Merlin for reporting that Cat Deeley has announced she and our gorgeous honey are not an item. (I know. I feel terrible for being happy about that, but I can't help myself. By the way, does anyone know what became of his relationship with that Nancy Stelma-something? I don't remember how her last name is spelled. Sorry Nancy.) I think I've asked this question already, so, moving on....

Lorraine, don't ever think that you go on too long. I enjoy reading your posts. They can never be long enough for me. You're very intelligent, and hilarious, and I find much wisdom in your thoughts. How have you been? I haven't been around for awhile. I hope you had a great Thanksgiving.

Has everybody heard (or read, rather) that George apparently cooked for a party of 30, and he fried his turkey? I wasn't home, so I missed his invitation. I'm certain that it was accidentally dropped into the waste basket and I didn't see it when I returned. He must have lost my phone number, cell number and e-mail address, and had no other way of reaching me, poor fellow. Yep. That's the reason why I didn't have dinner with him. It's not because he didn't ask me. Honestly. He wanted me there. I hope he's not too devastated that I didn't show up. I hate to make a grown man cry. I should have been available for him. I should have called him. I wasn't deliberately trying to avoid him or anything. It just happened this way. I really should call and check on him.

Okay, back to reality. Maria, I read your background about "Fifi" and her dog and a very jealous George. You're so funny! I never thought to make my "Love Letter" character interesting like that. See what I mean? You're a creative person and like Lorraine, you make me laugh. Thank you for that.

I believe it was Jayde who asked what our favourite "George" feature is, and I must say, for me, it would be his personality. Don't get me wrong, mind. I can be just as superficial as the next person. His looks are a huge part of his appeal, I won't lie about that. (Besides, some might argue that the many photographs of him that I have surrounding my bedroom don't exactly show off his personality all that much.) But the adult in me knows that with time, one's physical appearance changes, and it'll be the person inside that's the most important.

George is very lucky. He is definitely blessed with beauty inside as well as outside, and he also possesses the wisdom not to be arrogant about it. I love him. "George, I hope you and your loved ones had a great Thanksgiving!"

Well all, I must say goodbye for now. I will return tomorrow.

All the best to everyone.

Angel
