Ah, okay, I see-- I didn't read that particular interview/article...

Even so, I think I'm going to stand by my previous comments--there are Hollywood party boys and then there are Hollywood PARTY boys and I don't think GC belongs in the latter category (any more, anyway), not the least reason being, as he himself states, his injuries and surgeries have made him a little more physically fragile these days.

On the other hand, George has been fairly notorious for pushing himself too hard, working ridiculously long periods with no days off (especially during his "ER" years, when he was making movies at the same time he was appearing in the show) and he's been on record insisting that he doesn't need much sleep, etc.

Personally I've always felt he was not taking the need for rest seriously enough and was thus playing a kind of Russian roulette with his health.

So I sincerely hope GC is serious about taking better care of himself now. And now that I think about it, maybe THAT'S my best answer to Jayde's question! :-)
