 I don't the poster was referring to Sarah as a thing and not a human being she was referring to how thin she is, she wasn't that thin when she started dating George she did have a nice slim figure she seems to be trying to compete with all the very young size 0 models and just become a coathanger for the designer's clothes. I doubt she'll get much work now, I'm sorry if you like her and thought they were in love but I think she was in love with his money. fame and lifestyle and that's the only reason she got any modelling jobs and now that's she not connected to him - no-one will be interested in her.
