Okay, first things first: I'm a tad tardy in tossing in my welcome home huzzahs (or whatever you want to call 'em) to Angel. Sorry all--I'd gotten a little sidetracked myself lately. Family stuff, not all of it pleasant.
But so nice to have you back, kiddo. We missed you!
Okay, well, I missed you--I can't speak for that total whack job, Tara (Tara! Come back here young lady, I'm not done with you yet... you and your harebrained schemes..!) :-D You know, don't you Angel, that I was only kidding about the possibility of you ditching us here at Clooney Forum to hang out with a better class of Clooneymaniacs elsewhere? (Good! Now that that's settled...)
And Angel, sorry to hear about all your (ahem) "hilarious" health travails recently. You know, you're right-- it was all quite funny, I totally saw the humor... Personally, someone just has to whisper the words "Type 2 diabetes" and I'm on the floor. I'm still holding my sides from that bit about you needing oxygen...
All gallows joking aside, I hope you're well on the mend now. Though I fully understand your need for pizza and more pizza (which, I'm sure all of you know, is one of nature's four basic food groups, along with extra thick Haagen Daz vanilla shakes, Mrs. Fields semi-sweet chocolate chip cookies with pecans, and a bowl of Jay's potato chips chased with french onion dip), you simply must do a better job of taking care of yourself. That cute doctor was right about one thing even if he didn't mean it that way: you ARE sweet, and it wouldn't be the same here at Clooney Forum without you.
Alright, that's as emotional and gooey as I'm going to get here.
I started this post too late in the evening to say much more now.
Again, Angel welcome back; Maria, sweetie, work on those pc skills; Merlin, call me, I still don't believe you're a girl (though I never for a minute thought you were George--his voice is much deeper than yours); and Tara, don't you move, Missy. I still feel the need to discipline you for that nonsense you were cooking up about trying to lure GC to us. (Really, how many times must we go over this? We can't smoke George out with bogus political announcements! Remember, the man is an Academy Award winner AND Sexiest Man Alive--he's too smart for that stuff. Besides your ideas were too complicated. I say, stick with tradition.
We'll need some chloroform, a map of both the L.A. and Lake Como houses, and as much detail as you and Maria can dig up on the eating and sleeping habits of his security people. Oh, and some rope. Some really strong rope. Remember how Dabney Coleman was trussed up like a Christmas turkey by Jane Fonda, Dolly Parton and Lily Tomlin in the movie "9 to 5"? I'm telling you girls, we can pull this off.)
