Hi Lorraine!
I had to go back and check out why I said that to Lana. (My memory is soooooooo bad sometimes!)
I apologize for the confusion, but, in one of Lana's previous posts, she was "scolding" me for missing the Oscars, and then she said that she hoped she didn't offend me with that. But I knew that it was all in fun, so I was just assuring her that I was not insulted, and understood her meaning. I tend to joke around that way also, and I certainly hope that everyone here knows that I'm only kidding when I say crazy things like that.
Also, Lorraine, I read in one of your posts to Lana in which you apologized to her for possibly offending her, but I have never once yet read anything offensive coming from your end, honey. I love reading your posts. You're very funny (actually, I believe that was Lana's response to you also. Sorry for stealing your words, Lana! LOL!)
Boy, this croud has been doing alot of apologizing this past week! If George should actually swing by here and read all of these apologies, he may not believe you, Lorraine, when you say that we would be "gentle" with him. In fact, I don't believe you either! Or maybe it's just that I don't believe I would be gentle! "Don't be afraid, Georgie. We won't hurt you." (Tee-hee!) Sorry, Lorraine, I had to do it. It was so funny when you did it. Now I'm stealing words from you too. Or is it the laughter that I'm stealing? I'm not sure, but theft is theft. Somebody stop me! This could scare him off. Ladies, we must stop this at once! LOL!
