Do I deserve it?
I think not.
Each time
I see the reflection of
Your hand, with
Your ring, on
My face.
Do you see your love
Like I do?
On my face?
OK I admit I wrote this in a dark period of my life. There are more from this period, and I will include them later.
I was doing a study of abuse and the tensions boiled over into the only expression available at the time, writing.
