    In the darkness of the garden they took the Son of Man,
    They beat Him; kicked Him; punched Him, He raised not a hand.
    They took Him 'fore Pilate who saw no wrong,
    off to Herod, begone.
    Miracles of Magic performed Him not,
    Here, give Him these strifes, that's what He's about.
    Back to Pilate. Back to Pilate they sent Him that day,
    This man has done no wrong you could hear Pilate say,
    Crucify him! crucify him was the cry of the crowd.
    Crucify him! crucify him pilate heard aloud.
    They say he died that day. No one knows.
    There is no grave. No sepulchre, no hold
    to show were they laid Him in this death fold,
    but to this day they assume they achieved their goal,
    But I can hear His living Laughter as He roams my
