Subject: About Steve Perry?

I've been on the VH1 board and was looking back at some previous posts and came across one about Steve not have a record contract and not having anything out and that it has been years since he has sung anything new.

Well Huey Lewis and the News has finally put some new material out and have a new record in stores now. Did you know that it has been 10 years since Huey Lewis and News had anything new?

Stevie Nicks has just released her latest album. Her first in 7 years.

So what's the big deal about Steve not having anything out lately. His Greatest Hits 5 was released about 4 years ago. So that means Steve has between 3 or 6 years to get something out if he's a Huey Lewis or a Stevie Nicks.

I think I can wait. If people waited 10 years for Huey Lewis and 7 years for Stevie Nicks I think everyone can wait for Steve. I know I can. For the wait will be well worth it to me for it will be his best he has ever written and sung. Perry On!
