Hey Pat--

Here's how I achieve #5.

I have an alarm clock that "wakes you up to your favorite CD" (can you tell I sometimes write ad copy?). Well, my favorite "wake-up" CD is a copy I've made of Good Morning Girl played over and over.

Let me assure you ever since I bought my radio I've woke up with a smile plastered on my face! And, I haven't been late to work because I don't hit the snooze button. Ha :)
