You are not alone....I have a relative (also a musician/singer) who couldn't bear NOT to see Journey - not being so-single minded as I am (i.e., SP was the reason I fell in love with Journey). He went to 2 shows, same reaction - it's okay to good, but they were missing something - I don't think he'll be going again (not after saying it was like going to see a really good cover band). Thanks for an honest appraisal. What's also painful is, evidently, things didn't have to be this way.....
