Hi Renee,
Im One of the little bees working hard to make Palooza a memorable event for those who join us. Is it worth it? Thats a good question, and that depends on you,no,you wont be getting up close and personal with Steve. This is simply our way of showing support for him. We have a totally Steve weekend filled with alot of fun,and meeting other fans. Last year we kept it small as a trial run and we met people who will remain lifetime friends,we had a blast shairing thoughts and feelings and stories about Steve. Palooza 2002 is going to be a bit more upscale and we are working on many things that we know everyone will enjoy.
Aside from all that it was a wonderfull experience being able to share our devotion with each other in person for Steve and his awesome music,and to me I feel that this palooza is even more important to me considering Steve has been put on the roasting rack this past year or so and this is my way of standing behind him and expressing my loyalty,so is it worth it? To me,very much so.
