Right at this moment in time I yearn to hear him sing some patriotic standards such as "America the Beautiful", the national anthem, etc. With such an amazing range and genius for phrasing and interpretation I think he would do all of those beloved songs incredibly well.
I, too would love to hear him sing some old Motown favorites. Perhaps an entire album devoted to doing Sam Cooke songs. Right now I will take ANYthing, though!
