Pat,

At one time I really thought Benny Mardones was Steve.
Into the Night is a phenominal song. They both have similar voice qualities and a overwhelming passion that they project vocally which is soul stirring.
I had that album at one time and BM arrangements are quite good. Steve Perry still is the one I want singing to me and I see that I am not alone in that opinion.
