I've never heard ofany of them either, but I did hear about a singer named Hugo, that's supposed to sound like a young Steve Perry, here is the link, they have soundclips

I found that on the Backtalk forum, The Water Cooler, they had a post going about Hugo, and someone posted a picture of him and he does favor Steve just a little bit.
I also read somewhere, that Hugo sounded more like Steve Perry, than Steve Augeri does.

To me, there is and will be only one Steve Perry, one VOICE, now and always.
