Security would be easier at a base than downtown. Everything that is needed for security is already in place and therefore nothing new has to be put into motion. With all the heighten security measures going on now the bases are the most secure places to be. They would have to limit how many people would be allowed to attend and they would probably make them all arrive on busses, that they would have to catch outside the base. Can you imagine all these stars sitting on a base to go to the Emmys? No one could be fashionably late!! I would love to see them do that to all those stars!!!!! LOL
