OK, so maybe Target isn't the greatest place to shop! I go out there after a weird day at work and they don't have it. So I take a run out to Wal-Mart and yea, they have it for 22 dollars and change. Then I remembered that Wal-Mart honors other stores' ads...*BUT* you have to bring in a copy...even though every cashier has a copy of other local ads at their register!!! Let me just pull out my hair, one by one...geeez I'm having an anxiety attack. LOL
