I love listening to him live, also. Journey Greatest Hits Live CD is something that I can't just sit down and listen to. I have to stand up, move around, dance to it, anything except sit.
Saw the 1994 For the Love of Strange Medicine in NYC on tape several times. Love his facial expressions in that video. I think just from watching it, that he gets a big kick watching the audience's reaction the same way we get a kick out of watching him perform. He really is an amazing man. Hope to see him once again.
