Well, I know how he feel and it's not the way for everyone.
There is no easy way. I myself have not yet met the man who could thrill me to the deepest depths of my soul with his mind body and soul.

As for children, since I have not met "the man", it goes without saying I have not met the man with whom I'd want to have a child with. At 41 time may be running out for me in that department but my man will be my priority he will be my ever loving baby when I find him.

As for Schizophrenia, (I have a BS in Psychology) I have never heard that a man having a child at a late age increases the chances for this biochemical disturbance of the brain. Perhaps for the women it may be true because there are alot of hormonal and chemical changes and it may be possible in that instance.

Anyway, I sure hope that there is hope for Steve and myself.
I do mean that in every sense of the meaning of the words. LOL
