Subject: Steve Perry Info-merical

I finally saw the commerical for Essential! It looked like
a Steve Perry info-merical! I loved it! All I remember was looking at Steve at various stages of his Journey life and thought; gee, this is a Steve Perry promotion. Maybe the other members were there; and perhaps I only had Perryvision but it sure looked like it was a Perry info-merical! He looked just great and if Sony or Legacy is promoting Steve to sell the CD; well, I think it's a wonderful idea. It is
his voice that we are going to hear on those songs; so who
else would be a better pitchman than Steve! If the CD doesn't sell well, I hope he's not the one to blame. That is a whole lot of responsibility for any one person to shoulder. Yet, I do hope that if it does sell well, I hope the band will finally appreciate the hard work that he did for them throughout the years and recognize that Perry is the voice of Journey!
