I am sorry to read that you have to have surgery and more tests. I am proud of you for taking things into your own hands and pursuing it when you felt your body was telling you something different.
It is normal to be scared, but use that energy to fight.
I am an RN. My advice to you since it is overwelming, is always try to take someone with you to the doctor, take a notepad, and take notes, ask questions. Sometimes you will be too overwelmed to ask, but who goes with you has a clearer mind to get information.
Use the internet for more research, or have a friend (especially if you know any medical people) research things for you.
Dont forget that this is curable. More today than any time in history. God bless you and seek His help in prayer and comfort in His Word.
