I read that Steve has been a vegetarian since the early 1980's. He said that he was at a barbecue and got sick on a hamberger that was not completely done. Then he got sick on pork that was not completely done. By what he said he got really sick both times and decided that meat was not for him. I did read that he likes to cook mexican food like enchilada's with cheese and things like that. I bet his cooking is good. Maybe he dabbles in Porteguese cooking? Perry On!
