Subject: Waiting for Inspiration...

Hello Everyone..
At work today, I picked up a Kenny G. CD and read his intro in the notes. It so echoed Steve's comments in the past about inspiration, waiting for it, and not doing an album just to do one..that I wanted to share it with you.

"I know it has been a few years since my last album of 'new' songs but I just could not ask you to support an album unless every note was heartfelt and inspired and these feelings only happen when they are ready. It is not something that any one person can dictate as the music is much bigger than the man. So, I appropriately took a backseat to inspiration and when it came it was wonderful. It is something that I felt was worth waiting for, I hope you agree." Kenny G. ~ Breathless

As I read these words, I thought, my gosh, Steve could have written that.. I know we are all restless for a Steve solo album, but this just goes to show you that Steve is not alone in waiting for inspiration.. and we all know it will be worth the wait!
