This is a really great scenario...hmmm...let's see.

Assuming I don't faint in front of him, I'd first say "Please excuse me. I'm terribly sorry for bumping into you." After the guy that lost his balance leaves, Steve then might say, "It's O.K., I think it's your turn now to lose your balance and bump into me, again." A lot of laughter and smiles.

What a great morning that would be. That first cup of coffee mixed with falling back on Steve Perry. Can't get any better than this.
