Hello Marion,

Well, I can't help you on the first question. I don't have "Departure" and have no idea who or what he's laughing with. Maybe someone else knows?
As for question two, The Party's Over. It is also on Time3, but it is listed as the live version there. And according to our new info today, it will be on the new "Essential" collection. However that does not say if it is Live or not.
It's possible it was only ever sung on stage and never recorded.
Anyone else?
