Great question! Can't wait to hear where everyone works.

I work at our local university in the Adult Profession Studies program. I do withdraws and re-entries into courses that students need.

We have 3 graduations a year (April, August & December) and just had one this past Saturday which graduated 700 adults with their various degrees.

I love working the graduations - it's heart wrenching watching these groups of people, in their 30's, 40's, 50's and 60's receiving their diplomas. The smile never fades from their faces the entire time. They are so proud of themselves and very well should be. I'm not sure I could work full time, raise a family and go to college every week for 2 1/2 years.

We have an online masters program ( and a couple new bachelors programs that just went online) and we have students as far away as California (I'm in Indiana) to England and Brazil that are taking our online program.

Whatever location the students live and take classes at, 98% of them travel to Marion Indiana when it's graduation time, to wear their cap and gown and march down the isle to receive their diploma.

That's my job...

(I need a nap...)

Deb
