"Although it seems that no one understands why you and the rest of Journey had your troubled times and why you aren't together now, I have finally come to the conclusion that both you and them have done what you felt was right for your own lives and I accept whatever all of you decide to do from here on out regardless and faithfully."

"Although I don't know you (and only through your music and other pieces of information through the media), I would truly want to get to know you better (as a true and honest friend). You are probably really pressed for time, but I would really appreciate it if we could have conversations like two everyday human beings on an ongoing basis, if that's ok with you. I know that you are a celebrity and have to be extremely careful, but I am one of the most genuine and honest and trustworthy people that you will ever meet. I hope that we can work something out." :)
