Go to a picture right click
left click on PROPERTIES, right click on FILE NAME,
left click on select all, right click on the FILE NAME again, left click on COPY. Now you have the pictured stored.

To put it in your post:
In the message field, right click, then left click on PASTE.
The file name will appear. To the front of this add
When you "send" your message, your picture should show up.
