*auburn pelt of he tenses up slightly ; the presence of the new harem becomes an irritance. Snorting he "smiled" to his mares & quickly went to the opposite end of the territory. His tail flicked harshly against his hocks & he prances in place. Ready once again to play...he was barely breathing hard. Although cupped nares were flared with excitement...bright vermilion witnessed. Oculars of his were wide as well - sparkling with vivacity. He loved his harem now more than ever! He knew his few active mares well & couldn't possibly love them or their soothing presences more*
