Mare enters the dusty plains with her foal at her side. She keeps herself between the wind and the foal to keep the dust away. She nickers to EBD letting him know of their presence.

Colt walks beside his mother enjoying the shade she offered him. He trys to imatate his mother but is unsuccesful and only gets dust in his mouth and lungs. The long journey has left him tired and weary and begins to suckle and his streagth is soon returned. And soon stands tall imatating his father.
