That is not too fat, any of you! To stay healthy, excersize 3 times a week 20 minutes each time and make sure you eat enough fruits and vegetables...cut back on soda and sweets, but not completely because they still taste good! Worrying this much about weight, especially at your age leads to eating disorders. Believe me, I know. At 14, I was 5'4" and 114 lbs. Now, I am 18, 5'7" and 125...I've lost 15 pounds since this summer! That is NOT to make you feel guilty, but to say that I don't want anyone to struggle like I have. It is pure HELL to have my friends worried about me and to tell me that they think I'm too skinny and should GAIN some weight when I look in the mirror and look like I weigh about 20 lbs more then my best friend (in reality, she's 5'4" and 145 lbs). I'm not quite anorexic yet, but am dangerously close to becoming anorexic, and it is a struggle every day to make myself eat enough so I don't lose any more weight. Please, please, please don't go down that road. Excersize, yes, but only to stay healthy, not with the goal of losing weight. Eat healthily, but because that's what's good for your body, not because you want to lose weight. Eat three well-balanced meals a day and at least three healthy snacks and you'll do fine. Please, guys, 10 and 13 and 14 years old is too early to be worrying if you are fat. Enjoy life, don't base your worth on what the mirror or the scale tells you. Don't make the mistake I did.
