No, you are not too fat, but if you exercise daily
you will improve your self-esteem (the way you feel about yourself)and lose a little bit of weight. Don't expect miracles, we can't all be super thin. Motivate yourself to take a walk around the block. Then you can concentrate on the important things in life. Eating fruits and vegetables, grains, dairy, and meats all in proportion to a healthy diet will ensure that you are nourished properly.
Try to limit intake of sugars, oils, junk foods such as pizza, fast-food, doughnuts, cakes, and cookies. I wish you luck and hope my advice was helpful to you.
