IT IS NOT REDICULOUS TO REALLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT. NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU TRY EXERCISE AND DIET. DOING WHAT YOU THINK IS HEALTHY, SOME TIMES YOU FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO TURN TO UNHEALTHY DEEDS. 1. TAKE A NAP IF YOU CAN WHEN YOU FEEL HUNGRY 2. DRINK WATER LOTS OF IT IF YOU DON'T REALLY CARE FOR WATER PUT SOME CRYSTAL LITE MIX IN THE WATER IT HAS NO CALORIES 3. EAT CRUSHED ICE ESPECAILLY IF YOU DON'T CARE FOR THE CUBES FIX YOURSELF A DINNER PLATE AND TALK ABOUT EVERYONES DAY DURING DINNER HOLD SOME TYPE OF CONVERSATION THEN CLEAR THE TABLE ALONG WITH YOUR UNEATEN DINNER 4. IF THERE IS SUSPESION TAKE A NIBBLE AND MOVE YOUR FOOD AROUND THE PLATE 5. DON'T THINK ABOUT WASTING FOOD JUST CONSIDER IT EATEN AS YOU THROW IT OUT. 6. TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO THE PARK MAKE SURE YOU BRING A STROLLER AND WALKAROUND TO BURN OFF ANY CALORIES YOU MAY HAVE ADDED THE NIGHT BEFORE OR JUST WALK AROUND YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD.
