fasting is not the answer, eating right is. fasting slows your body's metabolism, making it hard and longer to lose the weight, because fat is not absorded into the blood. the best way is to start eating healthier and take your time when eating your meals because you become fuller quick and it stop you from over eating, also exercise each day, instead of coming home and watching tv walk around the block twice. you aren't going to lose weight straight away but its faster and alot healthier than starving your self and lay of junkfood, dont get rid of it completely just limit how much of it you have a day, but dont stop eating what ever you do. it will screw up your body and make it harder for you to lose weight. you don't have to take my advise but i think this is an easier way to lose weight and lot safer.
