If you want to get lean (thin) fast; the esiest road is Extasy. I however would not recomend this because it leads to heart disorders after quitting. What I do recomend is you watch your calorie in-take. Someone left a response that was a bit sarcastic (don't take in more than 5000 calories a day). If you follow that advice you'll just get bigger. For your size and weight your minimum Basic Metabolic Rate is 900 calories a day. That means 900 calories is what your body needs to perform it's basic operations. If your body does not get these calories it will go into your bodies fat storage. What you need to know about fat is that in one pound of fat ther is nearly 5000 calories. Fasting is not the way to go. Fasting 5 days will burn about 1 pound of fat. You are going to need to exercise. I do not recomend running cycling or anything over-excerting... A walk is good though just not outside, the sun will make you feel sick because you are restricting your calorie intake and have no vitamin A or D to synthasize melanin... Drive to the mall with a friend get a pedometer (keychain device that counts steps taken, distance covered, and calories burned). Personaly I do not think I'm anorexic just healthy... My diet consists of semi solid foods (fruits and nuts)and soy milk... That's it.. I was 5 foot 5 160lbs and am now 123, I lowered my intake to 200 calories a day for about 6 months got to my target weight and upped my caloric intake to my Basic Metabolic Rate which was close to 900 just like you. I havn't gained or lost a pound since....
