Nobody is fat unless they think they are...I'm 5'9" and weigh 170 and am very athletic...I might not meet the charts and some people my think I look fat, but I don't consider myself that and am very confident about the way I look. You could say the same thing about being skinny. I have a friend who is 5'6" and is 95lbs. and eats like a cow. It just depends on how your body was built.
