you can't just be ana bc you decide to one day...but if you REALLY want to starve youurself its your choice. try to keep your mind busy all the time (work out, clean house, look at pro ana sites) that way your mind wont be focused on food. Go on a pro ana site and look at tips and tricks..they really do work.
