hi.. this is my diet. you may have to do extra as i am a boy and 15 years old. so obviously therell be difference but what i do is.
1- starve yourself all day
2- drink water to fill your self up
3- if you MUST eat have a slice of bread.. no butter.
4- dont make yourself sick.. ive tried it. it doesnt work.
5- i sleeep with no covers on, the colder you are. the more your body warms you up.. burning calories
