Dear, I know how you feel. I was 5'10 and 253 pounds. Being annorexic is not going to help anything. The only way to lose weight...and to keep it off...is diet and exercise. If you have trouble with dieting...then drink one or two glasses of water every time you feel hungry. And if it's the exercise you have a problem with, start out small, by walking or riding a bike for 1/2 mile and go farther when that 1/2 mile feels more accommodating.
